| Horizontal/Vertical Machining Center
Designed and manufactured in the U.S.A., the Ritter Model R1802RVH Horizontal/Vertical Machining Center offers door and window manufacturers the ability to perform routing, mortising, drilling, tennoning, shaping and boring functions for all door and window applications requiring horizontal machining or edge machining. The center features a 5-axis touch screen controller with up to 100" X-axis capacity with (2) 10 h.p HSK F63 spindle motors with a programmable tool changing. The center allows for positioning of small or large materials in standard material clamps as well as multiple production zones to aid in continuous machining and operator parts positioning. Typical applications are for solid wood, plastics, vinyl and aluminum. The standard machine capacity is 3" x 16" x 100".

Designed for architectural door and window assembly. Joinery such as cope and stick, dowels and mortise and tennon are all easily utilized by the machine. The vertical easel allows for fast and square assembly. The multiple pneumatic clamps ensure high clamping pressures in selected zones. The 6" high jaws allow for the lamination of thin materials to specified thicknesses. The floating horizontal cylinders allow for assembly of center stiles and rails and squaring prior to the final door clamping. Rapid traverse clamp jaw movement makes the machine easy to adjust for door sizes.

Designed and manufactured in the U.S.A., the Ritter Model R505 Electronic Case Clamp is designed for production applications. Frameless cabinetry and office furniture case assembly are typical applications. The heavy duty machine (2,122 lbs) features a 3 h.p. motor driven clamp platen with 1-1/2" diameter acme screws. Rapid traverse speed is provided for quick opening adjustments to 50". The machine capacity is 50" x 96" x 30" deep. Clamp pressure is adjustable and is constant due to the mechanical clamping design. Dual pressure platens ensure square case assembly and no need to adjust for pressure areas.
Designed for all dowel boring and hardware line drilling applications for frameless cabinetry. The 23-spindle system allows for the boring of dowel holes for upper and lower cabinetry as well as drawer boxes. The machine also can be set-up as a single row line drill for mounting of frameless hardware such as drawer slides and door hinge mounts. Quick changeover from construction boring to line drilling is standard. Ideal for a small shop with limited space.
