Designed to provide for both horizontal and vertical machining of solid wood, plastic, vinyl and aluminum, the machine features both a vertical 10 hp router spindle and a horizontal 10 hp router spindle. Use of HSK F63 tool holders is standard. The five axis systems allows for a machine envelope capacity of 4" x 16" x 100". Conventional pneumatic clamp fixtures allow for ridgid work holding of small parts that normally would not be held in place with vacuum type work holding systems. The spindles can be programmed to provide a range of machining requirements from simple point to point drilling/boring to detailed routing & shaping.
