Designed to cope both cabinet and architectural door rails, the machine features stacked counter rotating spindles to eliminate any material blowout and increase production efficiency with fast set-up. Use of the stacked spindles allows for quick changeover of cope profiles with the use of standard tooling. Double end coping of door rails is achieved by using both spindles to cope rails that have been previously stick machined. Electronic digital spindle height display allows for fast and accurate spindle height adjustment. Foot treadle operated spindle positioning, part indexing and clamping provide for the ultimate in production and operator safety.
