Designed for heavy duty production pocket
joinery face frame construction. The 10,000 rpm double pocket
mortise spindle eliminates the high stress on the double spindle
counterbore tooling. This results in greater tool life and extended
production per tooling set-up. Double pocket machining and the
plc controlled machining sequencing makes the operator's efforts
considerably less than conventional pocket borers. The machine's
heavy duty chassis and precision carriage are designed to take
the constant punishment from continuous duty with minimal machine
maintenance.
