Designed for architectural door and window assembly. Joinery such as cope and stick, dowels and mortise and tennon are all easily utilized by the machine. The vertical easel allows for fast and square assembly. The multiple pneumatic clamps ensure high clamping pressures in selected zones. The 6" high jaws allow for the lamination of thin materials to specified thicknesses. The floating horizontal cylinders allow for assembly of center stiles and rails and squaring prior to the final door clamping. Rapid traverse clamp jaw movement makes the machine easy to adjust for door sizes.
